This project involved developing a variety of client satisfaction surveys for home health programs. The survey results were used to improve program management and report back to funding agencies. Components of this project included:
- Drafting in-person (paper) and mail-in surveys to be administered by both staff and volunteers in 80 program locations across B.C. and Alberta. (Survey to be completed by program clients and/or their families)
- Incorporating staff and volunteer feedback into survey design. Surveys were pilot tested in two locations and subsequently revised.
- Developing a training tool to enable local managers to view and analyze results for their region using Survey Monkey.
- Analyzing and reporting qualitative and quantitative results to internal and external audiences over a multi-year period.
